Announcing Strategic Merger with IPro Media
May 28th, 2026 by admin
Technology Depot has merged with IPro Media, effective May 1, 2026. The deal brings together Technology Depot's three offices—Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas—with IPro Media's existing operations. Both companies work in IT, communications, and security, though Technology Depot has focused on telecommunications and networking systems, while IPro Media offers a broader set of managed services.
For Technology Depot's customers, the merger means continuity. Client relationships, team members, and daily operations will carry over into IPro Media. The difference going forward: customers will have access to a larger menu of services, including security and surveillance systems, enterprise connectivity, and managed IT support. No office closures or layoffs were mentioned in the announcement.
Richard Bell, President of IPro Media, called the merger a major step in their growth strategy, pointing to expanded geographic reach and stronger technical capabilities. On Technology Depot's side, Ginny Dean said the partnership allows them to scale up while keeping the level of service customers expect. She and Brian Dean, both part of Technology Depot's leadership, will take on key roles inside IPro Media.
The combined company plans to focus on four main areas: network infrastructure, unified communications, security systems, and managed IT services. Integration work began after the May 1 effective date. For now, Technology Depot clients should reach out to their usual contacts with any questions.
