A graphic celebrating Jeff Morrison's service in the United States Navy

Jeff Morrison joined the U.S. Navy in 1971 and spent his 21st birthday in boot camp. After boot camp, Jeff was stationed at NAS Miramar in San Diego, California (original home of the "Top Gun" U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School). Jeff was part of U.S. Navy Air Wing squadron VF-211, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Hancock. Jeff's four-year tour was to Vietnam, where he worked, and maintained the ejection seats on the F-8 Crusader aircraft. During his deployment, the tour took him to the Indian Ocean near the Persian Gulf, an area that had not had a United States presence for several years. At the end of the Vietnam War, the USS Hancock was one of the ships used to help evacuate people from Vietnam. During his deployment, Jeff visited the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, and Hawaii.

Jeff states that it was his absolute privilege and honor to serve his country and he is proud to be an American!
