All returns require the approval of The Technology Depot. Customer agrees to a 20% restocking fee for the return of any equipment unless otherwise deemed defective. Any returned equipment must be returned in original manufactures packaging. Items not returned in original packaging will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. Not all purchases are eligible for return. Items specifically not eligible are: Any software, special order items, headsets and batteries.
