THE TECHNOLOGY DEPOT has four levels of memberships:

MITEL traditional legacy systems and new converged IP systems; monthly technology
briefings to review new products, features and applications; sponsorship to manufacturer
training courses; online customer center with product information, quotes, ordering,
and service/support requests; pre-sales engineering and applications assistance
with our Trusted Advisors; discounts on CTP, CCNA, and Convergence Technologies
Training courses; annual Telco/Carrier analysis; membership in the MITEL User Group
and a chance to win an expense paid trip to the annual MITEL User Group Expo. All
this for the low membership fee of $49.95 per month.
Includes all of the benefits of the Bronze membership plus the following: off-site
database and system documentation storage, online end-user training for single line
and Superset users, console operators, and Contact Center Agents. All this for the
low membership fee of $99.95 per month.
Continues to build upon the Bronze and Silver levels with the addition of the following:
e-mentoring support; purchasing rebate program; live e-Mentoring for updates to
MITEL product certification based upon new software releases; IPNexus desktop web
collaboration tool for support and training; system & site management checklist
with verification and reporting. All this for the low membership fee of $199.95
per month.
One-on-one quarterly technology reviews and update meetings with your key Telecom
and IT staff members. The Platinum level benefits also include membership in THE
TECHNOLOGY DEPOT Advisory Council to make sure we are meeting our customers' needs
and expectations as well as assisting us in expanding our future services. All of
this for the low membership fee of $299.95 per month.
