Jennifer C. Huxley

Credentials: Jennifer Huxley's career at TELEC began in 1976, soon
after the telephone industry was deregulated. Originally an extension of Audio Acoustics,
Inc., a Springfield, Missouri, based communications company TELEC became an independent
corporation in 1995 under Jennifer's leadership. Her extensive knowledge of the
industry and her expertise in sales and customer relations gained TELEC a reputation
for reliable, quality products and prompt, dependable service. Her commitment, team
spirit and highest work ethics have driven her to continually demand excellence
of herself and her constituents. With over 30 years in the industry, she has served
on MITEL's Platinum Elite VAR Council, various boards, and numerous committees.
As President, she currently focuses on the development of new business for TELEC.
Brian Dean

Credentials: Brian Dean is an industry expert with over 27 years
of experience in the areas of voice, video, and data convergence technologies. Brian
serves as Vice President - Chief Technical Officer. Brian was the President and
founder of INET, Inc. a leading systems integrator in the United States for over
20 years. Publicly traded Pac-West Telecomm acquired INET in 2000. Brian led the
Advanced Solutions Group and Strategic Technology marketing group of Pac-West till
September 2001. In October 2001, Brian founded Technology Utilization Solutions
(TechnologyUS) a full service technology consulting, outsourcing and training firm
serving integrators and businesses throughout the United States. Within its first
year of business TechnologyUS achieved over $1,000,000 of savings for its clients
and reduced ongoing technology operating expenses by over 10% for many of its clients
through TechnologyUS's best practices" recommendations and services.
Mark Huxley
Vice President/Treasurer

Credentials: Mark Huxley joined the TELEC sales team in 1980 when
TELEC was a division of Audio Acoustics, Inc. His primary role was to sell 1A3 and
PBX systems. Mark became the sales manager of TELEC within the year. In the months
and years to follow Mark developed his skills as General Manager of TELEC and Audio
Acoustics, Inc. becoming the Vice President/General Manager of TELEC. Mark's professionalism
and strong business ethics has made him very successful in developing and maintaining
a strong relationship with vendors and manufacturers. Mark has been instrumental
in the success and level of service that TELEC upholds with its customers, employees
and business partners.
Mike Lemaster
Senior Engineering Support

Credentials: Mike's extensive background in electronics, professional
sound reinforcement and telephony has proven instrumental in TELEC's success. Mike
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA), qualifying him to effectively plan, implement, maintain, and support information
systems in a wide range of computing environments. Mike has achieved unprecedented
levels of technical certification on MITEL SX200, SX2000, 3300 IPC, ISDN, ACD, CTI,
as well as Active Voice, Polycom, Kinesis & Repartee. Mike Lemaster is the Engineering
and Services Manager as well as a part of the MITEL engineering committee.
Jamie Rabenstein

Credentials: In the early 80's Jamie began his career working for
Union Pacific Railroad in their communications division. An early adopter of advanced
voice and data applications, Jamie then worked for Inter-Tel as an advanced applications
systems engineer. In 1997, he joined the INET team as the manager of advanced applications.
During his tenure at INET he assisted management in growing advanced application
sales over 300%. Jamie is highly skilled and well respected for his knowledge and
customer-focused approach to solving business technology problems. Jamie is CTP,
CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCSP, CSS1 and MITEL SX2000 certified. In addition, Jamie holds
many other manufacturer certifications in convergence voice, video and data.
Michael Bowen

Credentials: Mike is an experienced telecom professional with certifications
on Nortel, Toshiba, MITEL, Active Voice, Taske and many other peripheral products.
Mike is MITEL SX50, SX200 and SX2000 certified and has supported hundreds of MITEL
customers over the years. Mike has held many support and management positions with
telecom companies in the Southwest and Alaska. During his tenure at INET, Mike was
a Senior Systems engineer and TAC Center manager. His customer-focused approach
to solving customer problems and providing quality customer applications support
allowed INET to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings year after year.
